The Puzzle Society Crossword 2023 Day-to-Day Calendar: Puzzle Your Way Through Each Day

I have to work moderately hard to solve these puzzles, which is what I want. They are not too easy and not too hard - just right for me. I like having the daily challenge, to keep my brain on the rails.

I'm not an expert at crossword puzzles. Some of them are too easy, most of them are too hard. These are just right.

My friend loves this. It's like a new gift every day.

Now a few weeks into the calendar, I find the daily puzzles moderately challenging - had to research a few answers but there were enough easier answers that, as these things go, other answers became clear as the puzzles were filled in. Your mileage may vary.My only complaint is that the pages tear out easily. That's not a bad thing per se in a calendar, but you need the backside of the previous day for the clues for the current day. Logistically necessary for pages this size, but I've had a few try to slip away from me.
