I got these for my job. I work from home as a call center representative. At first I was disappointed because my volume indicator kept flashing when I would have the dongle plugged in. I tried on a different computer and it would do the same thing. I contacted the customer support and they sent me a new one. 10/10 for their customer support. They where super helpful and willing to work with me.Now the headsets are fantastic. I like that you can use either Bluetooth or the dongle. In my opinion, the sound on them is a little low, but it could just be the sound settings. I like that the ear muff part is comfy. As a warning, when you get them brand new out of the box, they are a little tight. But when you wear them and break them in, they stop being tight. It does have a mute button on the mic. It's in a bit of an awkward position, but it does have one. Now my office uses a soft phone called avaya and I know that program is only verified for Plantronics. So with that being said they work super great for not being verified. I have tested out the mic and people say it's super clear and crisp. I love the battery life as wellI work 8hr days and they have not died on me while at work. I don't know if the headphones have noise cancellation on them but when I do wear them they cancel out some noise. Which was great when I into office. It helps block outside noise so I could concentrate.So overall I would give this a 4.8/5. The only thing I wish is that they where just a little louder.

This is the exact headset I had been looking for to meet all my work from home needs. Works with my Amazon work spaces, teams and also my avaya onex soft phone. I can hear my callers loud and clear and they can hear me crystal clear as well. There is no lag time in speaking and I have yet to have an audio issue related directly to this headset. These are well made very sturdy and easy to charge by just setting them Back in the charging base at the end of shift. As far as comfort I would say they are as good as any I have tried wearing a headset for 8 hours straight per day isn’t ideal or always super comfortable but I can honestly say these haven’t cause any discomfort it just is what it is. They pair so well to my work laptop by using dongle provided and then in the evening they pair super easy to my iPhone when making personal calls and I can actually hear better and I sound better when using then instead of just iPhone itself. These also pair really easy to my tv and there is little to no lag time. For the price and quality it’s a no Brainer purchase! Buy them try them love them! 🤗

Bought this headset in August and it completely stopped working by October, and did not cancel background noise either. Not worth the money

Switched to this headset and loved it at first. But suddenly stopped working in teams and there’s also an echo if I call someone. So disappointed. They were so comfortable and amazing when they worked so I wanted them to work out.Update. Their customer service reached out to me and provided resolution. Again, these were very comfortable and the sound from them was great as well as the noise cancelling.

It’s a nice addition to my work office, it’s easy to set up and connect to the computer. The sound it’s great, I love it that it’s not to eat piece so I can still hear my boss and the phone ring. The only issue is sometimes it get disconnected out of non-where and when I do a call they can’t hear me so I have to turn it on and off besides that it’s a nice head set does the job. But only lasted for 10months. And it’s not working not pairing with the computer and if it’s does it’s only one way I can hear themBut they can’t hear me.

I was a bit reluctant to order this based on some reviews but I love it. It retains a charge well and I only need to charge it every few days after using it all day. The headphones are comfortable and help to drown out background noise, and I like the red light in the microphone to show that you are muted. It connected to my work PC without needing to use the dongle. I would highly recommend it.

Sound and noise cancellation is good But the Headset connects and disconnects and people cannot hear me at times. Had for about 3 months.

1st photo shows USB charged. 2nd shows how MS Teams should look for calls. This is awesome, compatible with MS Teams and my cell phone at the same time. I changed noise canceling from default settings to High. (Sorry in advance for TMI) I'm a supervisor, so between all day Team meetings, one of my reps or my manager calling my cell sometimes I have to jump up, go potty, flush, wash hands, all without being detected 😅. High noise cancelation makes sure all that stays private, and my manager and team still feel like they have my undivided attention. Because breaks do not exist in my world, or uninterrupted lunches. They also can't hear me eating during lunch and learning sessions when I flip my mic up, which is great in between when I need to speak and when I don't (Going on mute can signal non participation in meetings). Quick tip from my lesson learned, use it for freedom of work only. The option to toggle between Teams and your cell is perfection 🥰. But the headset shut down on me right before my meeting. I made it from 8:30am to 12:50pm, and had to switch back to my cord headset. I charged it all night prior to use. Device will not work while plugged into charger, I tried. I feel like I could have made it all 8 hours if not for toggle back and forth to my cell.

I absolutely love this headset.The advertising seems more focused towards the calling side of it, but to my surprise, it is also excellent for listening to music.I have tested it on my PC via the wireless dongle provided and it works perfectly. While it does work on my PS5, it has micro stutters and is not the clearest on it, so I would not recommend it on a PS5. Just to be clear, it was never advertised to work on a PS5.I found the sound to be very clear with great bass, I thought it was set up perfectly for my tastes. My favourite headset/buds were Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, it is now this headset.The mic has a mute button on the end and can be rotated. I can be heard clearly and the noise cancellation does a good job, with people telling me they cannot hear my air conditioner, which is right beside me.At first glance, I thought the ear pads looked uncomfortable. I am used to them covering my ears so my ears are inside, but these rest more on your ears. To my surprise, they are very comfortable.Besides the USB dongle, you get a charging dock that the headset sits on, a braided USB C cable, and a bag to put it all in.Holding the button on the side will power on the headset, tapping it can answer a call, but for multimedia stuff like music, I could only pause and not skip a song etc. There are 2 buttons on the same side for volume adjustment.There were no cut outs and the distance when I was using the dongle was quite impressive; it was still working in my kitchen, which is about 25 feet away. A full charge should also get you around 30 hours usage.I think it looks good, is comfortable to wear and my Galaxy Buds have now taken a backseat. I am very happy with this headset and highly recommend it.

These are well presented in a simple plastic retainer and cardboard box.As Bluetooth headphones these are very good, shipping with the latest Bluetooth 5.2.Connection was then as expected to the PC.Which segues into a nice feature of this package - a dedicated dongle. This isn't a regular Bluetooth unit, (at least Windows didn't recognise as such) however it did connect to this headset quickly and the quality was equal that of the Bluetooth connection I had.While it isn't the most compact of dongles, it is still a good feature that means you can use this headset out of the box if you don't have Bluetooth already.If you do, and I did, you can leave the dongle in the box.The headset also can connect to two devices at once, so your phone and your PC, for example, which has its uses.Sound level from the Microphone - I found to be good, in Windows 11 with updated drivers.Comfort is good, the unit is light and the padding is soft both over the ears and on the top of the head band, which if you sport a shaved head as I do is a nice feature.It is an odd thing that comfort is increased I find when the headphone as per a bud is in the ear, or as with traditional headphones of old, and say an ear-defender the entire ear is enclosed with the padding then against the head and not the cartilage of the ear.However for an on the ear design these were okay.There's a good range of adjustment to in the head band and in terms of build the assembly feels solid, and the plastics are good to the touch.Controls are simple with a power button on the earphone with the mic arm, and a mute switch on that arm to silence the mic.Overall look is good with black soft plastics and a darker grey plastics with a little brighter touches.In conclusion this headset scores well in the key metrics, of sound, of mic sound and then comfort.

What a wonderful wireless headset this is by Vonztek! The headset is delivered in high-quality packaging, including the following: The headset, a charging station including a USB-C cable, and a Bluetooth adapter. This was very impressive for the price of £40, but does it live up to the price?The headset itself is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. The control elements are logically arranged and can be operated blindly. The microphone can be adjusted individually and can therefore always be optimally positioned. Thanks to the included Bluetooth adapter, a connection to my desktop PC is also no problem. The connection to my cell phone was also quick and easy via Bluetooth. My first call on Microsoft teams with this headset were very good. The sound was clear and without any background noise, its clear that the noise cancelling does a good job here! The person on the receiving end had no issues with audio either, and hence, I am very pleased with this product. A solid quality wireless headphone, with a rotatable microphone, that exceeds expectations set by the somewhat low price. The build quality is pretty good, it may not be the best but it doesn’t have to be. You get what you pay for and in this case, you get a great economically viable deal.Since this is wireless, it uses a bluetooth signal for it to output any sounds. There is a dongle supplied if you would prefer to not use bluetooth.Their ear pads are of a decent size, making them comfortable to wear for a short period of time. The battery life can last for a good amount of time, nevertheless, the battery life will depend a lot on whether you turn the noise-cancelling feature on and whether you are connected to Bluetooth or not. I noticed that if both of these features are used, the battery will be reduced quite significantly.There’s a little bit of background noise during calls. But this would depend highly on the amount of noise you have at the back. I only use them inside the house, for now, not a noisy background, I can hear people’s voices on the other end clearly with just minimal background noise.It’s charged by using a micro USB cable, which is a bit of a letdown considering how much more useful it would’ve been if it worked with USB C but it is a small gripe.The audio quality isn’t the best when compared to some more premium headphones but that’s the thing, you aren’t paying a premium price tag. With that said, I can easily recommend these headphones for that budget audiophile experience. They are available on Amazon for £29.99 (at the time of writing).

My wife has been using a standard type of bluetooth headset that only has the speaker on one side along with the microphone, she has always complained that it isn't as comfortable as she would like so when this came up I ordered it for her.I already ordered one set of these for her and she was so pleased with them that I ordered this set as a spare.On opening, this head set looks nicely made and feels solid. The first thing I did was to charge it up using the supplied USB charging cable, this took a couple of hours and once done I was ready for testing.I paired this to my iPad to check the sound quality and when pairing it showed up almost straight away and connected without a problem.The headset comes complete with a charging cable, a charging base, a travel bag and a USB dongle for those that have older systems without bluetooth.To turn these on is a button on the side at the top of the microphone which needs to be held in for a few seconds this is the same to turn them off again. Next to that button are the volume up and down and finally by the mouth piece is the call button all of which are easy to reach and control.I checked the sound quality listening to some music which came through fairly well, these won't win any audio awards but the sound was crisp and clear but maybe lacking in bass and high notes. Some of this might be down to the way the ear pads fit over the ears, they don't cover the ear instead they just sit on top so of coarse the bass will not be as deep. Receiving a call was very easy and the quality this time was very good, the voice came through exceptionally clear without echo or background noise and at the other end my voice was also very clear and free from background noise. As this is the main use for these I can't really complain about the music audio.Once finished using these for the day they simply hang on to the base and start to recharge ready for the next days work.I would have preferred these to be a full over ear fit but they are still comfortable and stay on without slipping.Great quality at this price point and the charging base is a definite plus.Recommended.
