What everyone needs to understand is manage our expectations. Firstly if something is zero calories it won’t be exact same. Secondly if you are looking for zero calories, you have to be happy with the closest substitute. Lastly, such products requires materials which are little costly, so by the time it’s produced and bought to us it becomes little expensive. This sauce is not thick, it’s runny and not sticky; however, I am super happy to find this products as eating this will slightly satisfy my craving with no guilt other wise I will let my beast out and charge into those high calorie sauce which will break my focus.no complains about the size of the bottle as I won’t be needing much in per serving.

I'm surprised by most reviews. You're ordering a ZERO calorie product that is mimicking the real taste, so of course it won't taste like a block of cheese... Might be a little expensive for the size as it is a bit small irl, not as big as it seems from the picture, but the taste is quite alright considering that it is 0 calorie. If it can at least change the taste of my food a little without adding guilt, it's a winner for me.

The taste is great for product of 0 call. Is just enough to satisfy your needs for cheese.
