After a lot of research I picked this fan as it was a good size for the budget I had.It arrived quickly and was packaged really well .The blades are fantastic size for going in the conservatory. It's a lovely simple, clean design which fits the room really.The light has three colour settings, my favourite is the cool white setting as it really brightens up the space. Even at night it's nice and clear and bright enough for the whole room.The three speed settings are great and give a wonderful airflow but it's super quiet for the size. It really stops the room getting overheated when the sun hits, our conservatory faces the south so even in mild sun can get very hot but this makes huge difference. You can also reverse the fan direction from the remote which is convenient and handy for winter.The remote I have used a command strip to pop on the wall and it works without removing from the mount which is great.We are really impressed with it especially for the price and look forward to a cooler summer in the conservatory 🙌.

Not really dimmable. You have 3 choices of light very bright, brigh 5tht and warm but in the bedrooms with bedside lights only need the light on if looking for something in a draw. Great improvement on our 19 year old B&Q lights that had bulbs and weighed about 9kg. These are about 4kg lighter. Also good shipping to Cyprus even with import duty and delivery charges of £57 for one or £95 for two. Locally we have Matestar fans not as good looking and currently €249 each.

Overall I am very pleased with this fan. I do have some observations to make though.The fan is surprisingly heavy or at least it surprised me. Make sure to get a good fixing or it could come down.The box does have a CE marking but I'm doubtful that that means much beyond Chinese Export. It could be that it is double insulated and needs no earth but in that case why include an earth wire to the ceiling mount and the plastic hemisphere which it hangs on in the mount ? In any event it has no effective earthing. As it's on an RCD protected lighting circuit and out of reach I have no huge worries on that.I had some reservations over just twisting the wires together and screwing a plastic cap over the joint so I used a screw terminal strip instead.I thought the ceiling mount looked untidy with the pivot and cover screws showing so I used the lower cone at the top putting a repurposed cut down funnel at the bottom to hide the black mount section. The fan could do with two of those cones being included although they may not fit on the shorter hanging tube.There were no batteries for the remote included - 2 x AAA. Luckily I had some.The light is bright. Very bright in other than "warm". Should the LEDs fail the plate is not a standard replaceable item. This doesn't worry me as I probably won't use it anyway as I have wall lights which I use already rather than the ceiling light.Very quiet on level 1 and produces a decent air flow, Level 2 is a big step up in both airflow and noise level. Level 3 in my room produces a bit of a gale and the noise may get annoying. That said those levels would only be used when it is very hot and the cooling benefit would probably outweigh any noise. A phone sound level app showed levels of about 27dB 37dB and 42dB but no store should really be put by those numbers. More but smaller steps would have been good.

Replaced a broken unserviceable £250+ 5 blade fan and light unit in the bedroom with this one. Simple installation with good quality fittings however no batteries supplied for the remote control which seems a pity as the unit worked very well once batteries were obtained with an excellent range of speeds. We will see how it behaves long term.

Easy to install as long as you mount on a strong point. I.e. beamVery quiet in operation with a good light. Gives a gentle near silent breeze at lowest setting

Looks smart and works efficiently

The fan is ok, it looks nice enough and works well. Slightly disappointed that the advert shows three blades but what was delivered was in fact a five blade unit. This wasn't really apparent until it was installed so no option to return. It will do but would have preferred the three blade as advertised.

Great fan very quiet and fairly easy to fit, the whole thing is let down by a poor quality remote control,the back doesn't close properly and keeps popping open

This ceiling fan is by far the best fan I've ever seen. Quiet, air flow, appearance, everything about it but the light is too bright and not much difference between settings. But the fan is amazing.

I was looking for a ceiling fan for my bedroom and luckily I found the right one. With a minimalist, modern style, this ceiling fan will never go out of style. Its working noise is very small, basically will not affect your work and rest. There are 3 speeds to choose from.About the remote control:Since you use the remote to operate the fan, you no longer need a switch on the wall. You can set the time to 1, 2 or 4 hours. You can also adjust the "temperature" of the light: Daylight, Natural, Warm, and Intensity.There's a bracket that attaches to the wall, but we also put some velcro on the back and another on the headboard so we can keep the remote nearby.Easily change the direction the blade turns (counterclockwise for cooling) at the touch of a button.About height:There are 2 boom options, 6" and 10". If you don't want to add an extension or install a shorter extension (you can buy it at your local hardware store if you prefer).High quality 5 blade ceiling fan design with easy to use remote control. Glad it kept us cool on a hot summer day. Good value for money ceiling fans.
