This little printer is amazing! I've run an online business for nearly 16 years and have always wanted a label printer, instead of taping printed labels onto boxes...don't ask my why it took so long to order. Sleek, compact design and well priced. Set up was a bit confusing (total user error, my husband took over and had it running in minutes. Zero issues with aligning the labels. Printing is lighting fast. Honestly makes me so happy to see labels pouring out of the printer knowing I just have to stick them to boxes. Saves SO much time!!

This thermal label printer is exactly what I needed for my small business. Setup was quick and easy — the included instructions and QR code for tutorials were super helpful. It connected to my computer without any issues, and the print quality is crisp and clear. I love that it doesn’t require ink or toner, which saves a lot of money over time. It’s compact but powerful, and handles labels efficiently. Highly recommend if you’re shipping frequently or managing an online store!

Excellent printer! The quality of print is so much better than other laser printers I've gotten. I will say it took a minute to get me to figure out how to feed the labels properly but all in all very happy with this purchase.

I wasted at least 50 labels trying to set this up & get it going. I was planning on returning it & bought a different one. In the end, I kept this one because I could get the Bluetooth to work with my phone (and I could not get the Label Range printer to do that).My first issue was figuring out how to get the printer to calibrate the label size so it would actually print *ON THE LABEL* — I figured it out eventually, hold the button for SIX seconds for the blue light to flash two times (not flash twice, it should flash TWO TIMES.) if you release to early, it’ll spit out a test print. I’ve been using 2x1 labels, not 4x6 labels, so the size had to be precise. Once I got it working, I was content.additionally, my advice is if you are printing a PDF, check the size & double check the size. It will reset without you realizing! ALSO, print using system dialogue, do not use the chrome printing interface for PDFs.It’s easy to print a graphic from your phone via Bluetooth if you have them in your photos app. You can also import a PDF, crop everything & set the size — and save it for later. This will make my life a lot easier for printing classroom labels next school year. I’m very excited!

The fact I was able to purchase it in pink was just an added bonus!No smudging, no ink refills to worry about, just flawless, high-quality prints. The setup was seamless, and it integrates effortlessly with my existing computer set up and phones, plus I literally LOVE their app. I can print photos I make in canva or design right in it. It has made my workflow so much easier, and I truly can’t imagine working without it.

I use this for my business!! To printing out shipping labels to making my own business stickers! It’s so easy to use, love the design, easy to connect wireless , prints amazing!!!

Just took out of the box to use and I will tell you I AM NOT PLEASED. Not at all whatsoever. Immediately needed customer support which although it was almost immediately available you could tell that they really did not want to help. They were not at all patient. So I figured it out on my own. Now, once again I am needing help but I am on a screen where I cannot even go back to a Home Screen or ask for even chat support or anything. The only option is to get out of the app altogether. Trying to work with and figure this software and how to add from my files is an issue because it looks like you cannot do that. It will not pick up some images from my photos either even though I just added that and refreshed page. In today’s busy world we need technology that helps us out-that’s fast, easy and user friendly. This is not that. I wish I had never purchased this item. If returns were easy I would do so. I would rather go with another product. I have a NIIMBOT for smaller labels. Should have checked to see if they have a bigger NIIMBOT printer that could print 4x6 shipping labels before purchasing this one. It is not user friendly. Customer service is not user friendly. 2 stars given for the idea of the printer itself, the fact that it is compact, print quality with test print was good, wireless connectivity seemed fast and easy enough. As for durability I have not had it long enough to attest to that but it seems like that could be 50/50. At this point I absolutely do not recommend this printer.
