Vitamin K-2 100 mcg - 100 Vcaps ( Multi-Pack)

I use K-2 of several brands alternately on the theory that some may be better than others. A difficult thing to directly demonstrate by how one feels. This is more complicated by the fact that I do other things which relate to blood pressure level, coagulation time, vasodilation, etc. that will have an impact more immediately than one could expect from the subtle differences one might see from brand to brand. Some may be Menaquinone-7 with Nattokinase added. This product is Menaquinone-4 and does not contain labeled Nattokinase. I have been unable to detect a practical difference in the measure of blood flow and coagulation time after each of these products that can be attributed to these products themselves, rather than other things one might consume that could affect things like nitric oxide production. There is also a European product, tablets of 500 mcg tablets. It is labeled K2 (from Menaquinon). This a larger single dose than I think is usually needed x5. I crush them and take the portion I think appropriate to circumstances at the time. My purposes are clearing vascular plaque and strengthening the bones.

Just had Vit D levels checked, Higher than they have ever been! The Doctors prescribed Vit D prescription level with NO K2, you're body cannot absorb "D" without proper levels of K-2! I haven't followed a Doctor's prescription in over 4 years, they don't have a clue! I take 10,000 IU of D and 2 Vit K-2 (100mcg) per day based on my Homeopathic/Naturalpathic Doc, and for the first time in years my Vit D level is finally leveled and higher than most in Utah! Still, the Doctors say there is no correlation between Vit D and Vit K-2 because they were NEVER taught this information in school!!! I believe my body and how I feel, and resent modern medicine!

Vitamins are very important and getting them at a great price is fantastic!!!

i ordered on 8/5 and rcvd on 8/9 and only rcvd 1. so i filed a return (replace) on 8/9. i rcvd the replacement on 8/13 and again only rcvd 1. i did a Report incorrect product information on the product page. after i reported it i noticed that the price went up but im not sure if you will rcv 2. just an fyi. me personally...i wouldnt chance it.

Product arrived as promised. I have used this brand for over a year. Switched from another brand because this one was free of gluten and soy products. Happy so far -

Not completely sure if they work but I am hoping they do. Have never had any problems with NOW products and am going to continue to take these. Doing more research but will probably continue to take and buy

I won't know until I take my next bone density test. Dentist felt that it was a good thing to take.
