The media could not be loaded.  The instructions are not the easiest to follow but you can kind of figure it out. It was pretty easy to assemble but the extra piece was very confusing at first. It seems sturdy and will stay up well. My cat and dog can not get through the bars which is great. The door is easy to open and close and I like how you can leave the door open if you want. I will say the tension screws will take paint off the walls if you tighten them too much so I would be careful of that.

Not a bad gate. It’s nice. Does what’s needed. Opens both ways. I have it by my stairs entrance so it will only open one ways since the stairs will block it from opening wide the other direction.I would say assembly without one of those easy wrench tightening tools is what it lacked the most for me( comparing to another brand). I had to tighten with my hand and it was rather annoying and my hands were def red and I think I knicked myself on the corners of the metal because my hands stung after I washed them after install.

It works very well and is very easy to put together
