GreenPan Hard Anodized Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 10" and 12" Frying Pan Skillet Set, Gold Handle, PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Oven Safe, Taupe

Bought my green pans when my husband was finally fed up with his eggs sticking to our cast iron skillet. Clean up takes 10 seconds, if that. They wash up beautifully. They heat up quickly. Be sure to only use silicone cooking utensils, as to avoid scratching the nonstick surface of the pan. They’re a heart weight, there is zero chipping (when used correctly) and they work quickly. Loving that they’re non toxic, so I’m not shooting teflon into my kids’ guts every time I cook.

I believe these are the best non-stick pans that you can buy. They are absolutely beautiful and very easy to clean but I would prefer a darker cooking surface. With the money this cost, I would recommend learning to cook on good stainless steel, that will out live you. The only cons: -When you fry an egg on the pan, the egg and the cooking surface can be hard to distinguish. - They are very expensive for a non-stick pan that will only last a few years.

I really love these pans. They are durable and non-stick. They are also quite attractive in my opinion. You do need to be gentle with them and not use metal utensils. I use them for almost everything.

My first review is below. Now I'm leaving an updated review based on months of using the pans. These pans are totally unsatisfactory! They always stick. Even if you use oil to keep it from sticking, they stick anyway. What a waste of money that turned out to be. I can't believe they can say they are nonstick. You might as well cook with an iron pan. Previous review: I ordered a two-pan set. One pan had a nice, smooth finish, and on rinsing, the water all beaded up and ran off, leaving the pan dry on the inside. The other pan had a rough finish. On rinsing, the water did not all leave the pan but beaded up and drops stayed in the pan. I contacted the company and was told to photograph the pans and send in an email. (A photo would not reveal the roughness). Having too difficult a time getting satisfaction with the company, I am returning both pans to Amazon. While doing that, Amazon suggested I contact the seller, which I knew would be a big hassle. So I'm having Amazon send two new pans, and we'll see how those are.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Great product! Easy to clean and food cooks evenly on the ceramic surface.

These pans might be a healthier alternative over teflon, however GreenPan is disappointing. The durability is less than impressive. I have used mine (Reserve Collection) cream/gold less than 10 times and they are chipped and scratched. I emailed photos to customer service and they said this is normal wear and tear. This cookware is NOT high performance.

Its a gift to give it 3 stars. We were careful and didnt use olive oil, used medium heat and non scratch cleaning pad. We understand and hope it was non toxic, but alas, everything sticks to it now. We've soaked it in vinegar, water, and everything still sticks. We hope the manufacturer will replace it but we'll see. Hard to choose a non stick that's non toxic that lasts. This one 12 months. Boo hoo. Buyers beware.

I've used so many different types of pans. I had the stainless but hated how everything sticks, I've had the non-stick coatings with yucky Teflon that would eventually start to peel, then I went with a cast iron, which took a while to season and works great but it is SO HEAVY. Then I came across this set that was introduced by Food 52. I decided to give this a try since it was lightweight and made of ceramic and a lot less heavy with none of the toxicity. It works so well that I purchased a 2nd set. I love the black with gold handles. The only thing is that I need to get some non-metal spatulas again. LOL
