I can personally vouch that this spray removes stains caused by dog pee (nylon carpet) , dog barf (sea grass carpet) , kid blood (clothing), butter (upholstery) and red wine (upholstery). What can I say, we are messy. I also use it as a laundry stain treatment all the time. Highly recommend!

The product itself is great & realize I shouldn't be commenting on the packaging here, but it's important in the overall outcome of this particular situation. So, give the product itself 5 stars (been using it for years). But...am not ordering this item from Amazon again for the following reasons: #1)ultimately more expensive on this site #2)one of the bottles was ⅔ empty upon arrival due to poor packaging. This stuff works so well that the leakage dissolved the print on all labels, just murky looking tye dye labels. I was so excited to share this product with others, so I took bottle that was ⅓ full and the other 2 individuals got the mysterious "no name" labeled soggy bottles. Hopefully they figured out how to use it but have no idea what to re-order! (Just kidding, I'm kinder than that...created new labels myself). Whoopie.

I've had dogs and cats my whole life. This is the only product that has ever been successful in removing urine and other pet smells from surfaces. I have also never had this product stain or bleach out carpets (I have dark brown carpets!). Another plus is it doesn't cost an arm and a leg, it's very economical.

Like others, the label is all wet and doesn’t look the same as the legitimate item I’ve bought before- the label is very different and generic looking. Wish I could trust whether this was legit or not

I have been using this product for over 10 yrs. We originally tried this when we got kittens. From time to time we would find a "pee" spot. We would clean the spot then spray KIDS and PETS. It always neutralized the odor. Cats are cats. They might throw up, get locked in a room for a day and pee in a corner (OOPS!) or the introduction of a new foster kitten will cause them to spray. This has always worked and we will continue to use it.

Good product.. Bad packaging.. Kids n pets should seal their bottles and send the sprayers with. Eash bottle came wet with damaged labels.. An easy fix.. Seal it

I like the pleasant smell. It does the job very well. It does have a slight sticky residue if you do not wipe it off. I ordered the 3 regular bottles which was a good price. I will probably order a large bottles and refill the smaller one.
