Fresh and tasty
This is a good quality bee pollen, it has a flavor to it.I was told to add honey to this product, and it would help with health and probably allergies. I have been loving this product, feels like a healthy snack.It came in fresh, sealed, and it has a good amount for the price.

Wonderful
It's been years since I have had bee pollen, so it was wonderful to find the same brand. It taste exactly the same. I love that it can be added to smoothies for added nutrients, or just eat it on its own. Many wonderful benefits to be pollen.

High Quality
This bee pollen is high-quality, and I actually get it for my bearded dragon. She absolutely loves it. I’ve tasted some myself and it’s pretty good if you mix some in oatmeal.

Messes with menstruation
I started taking for health benefits. It delayed my cycle as long as I took it. Cycle was supposed to come Tuesday. I had been taking for like a week or so prior to that Tuesday. It delayed my cycle, but didn't delay cramps. When I didn't take it Saturday (after Tues my cycle was supposed to come), it came the next day; my cramps were horrible for 2 days.Scared to resume taking.Product itself isn't bad, I could tolerate it. Taste was great. Texture was a bit chalky (as expected).

Good product
Recently, I started catching a lot of colds and my mother recommended Bee Pollen to help with my immune system and energy levels. I am not sure how much it actually helps with that on a medical level, but the pollen tasted great and I have a much larger supply now, so I take about a teaspoon everyday with some cold water or in my tea. I've heard mixed reviews about whether or not it is actually supposed to be taken with warm drinks, but it does give the most subtle taste of honey that is in no way overpowering, so I do both! I will say that when I do take it with cold water, the granules feel a bit odd in your mouth and are slower to dissolve, but totally bearable. And I really liked the price, so will be ordering another when I run out!
