everyones body is different true but if you put this on just for a simple house cleaning on your skin you will sweat it heats up area worn on but you cant be lazy and do nothing expecting a miracle or osmosis. if you dont want to put in the work go get plastic surgery the end. this is for bad reviews saying it doesnt work or not that good.negative:now putting it on tight it difficult suggestion tuck in roll it around thin pull as tight as you can around and secure it.if you dont sweat easy try adding a sweat inducer they sell them or try another brand they work great but skin sensitivity is different for everyone. if not wear on skin with a dark shirt the body has to heat up to burn fat been a up and down weight person all my life

I'm officially using this every trip to the gym!Its soft and comfy and doesn't poke or pinch. I also used this with the Sweet Sweat gel stick and it's true! It definitely builds up the sweat a bit more, I love it!Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the color. I just wish there was options for different sizes with different heights like short medium and long. I ordered a medium but the height of it doesn’t fit right. I also ordered the large fits and the large fits My tors perfectly it’s doesn’t gape, but it is too long. Which is why I wish they would make different height options for belts as well because I fit the medium just not height wise of the belt.
