House of Doolittle Non-Dated, Student Planner/Assignment Book, Spiral 7 x 11 Inch (HOD2575)

The school always wants the kids to buy the school agenda, but that format doesn't always work for all students. This set up works well for my son as well as other students I have worked with that just can't manage the ones that look like calendars. This one is set more like a "to do" list than a calendar. You write in the subject, the name of the assignment and when it is due. No assignment for math that day? No problem. Write down only what is assigned. There is even an check box to mark when you complete the assignment. It is 3 hole punched so it goes right inside a 3 ring binder.

For its purpose, this book works great. Plenty of room for assignments and notes, and since you fill in the dates you can skip the weeks without assignment. It looks like it will last me the whole year, including summer sessions.So why did I take off one star? Because its holes are punched incorrectly. If you want it in the front of your binder like I did, it will stick up past the metal binder openers making it hard to use and easily damaged. If the holes were punched a little higher, it would fit just fine.

Great product. Good size. Would buy again.

Helps my kiddos keep track of what assignments are coming up

Got it and the cover was a little too bright for my son so had to return it. Wish they would have shown the cover here so that I knew from the start what it might look like. But would still recommend it for students wanting to keep track of assignment due dates very general so that you can put in pretty much what you like.

I wish the cover would have been depicted. The inside pages would function great for my 6th grader (new to middle school). However, the design is "girly", and he refuses to use it.Update 7/7/17: I see now that Amazon is depicting the cover, so I'll upgrade my stars from 2 to 4.

Not ideal for a college student. Maybe for elementary, middle and maybe even high school. If I were younger it would be great, it's big but not cumbersome and gives ample writing spaces.
