No product support or onsite repair provided
Absolutely terrible customer support. Using this faucet for more than a year and if any dirt gets accumulated in the aerator through which water comes like foam, the company does not provide any support and they want you to send the tap to their factory for cleaning. They don't have any customer support number that works and no technician visit is available. Buy this item at your risk as the manufacturer doesn't support any warranty though they advertise 7 year warranty. Absolutely a local company. Don't ever buy their products. It's a old Delhi based Chawri Bazar product so beware. Don't go by the looks!!!
