I purchased these wristbands in medium size because as a male, my wrist and arms are quite thin; had to return the mediums because they were much too tight. Received the large size, they seem to fit just right. They’re comfortable the bright green with the black looked very good and they seem to give added support to the wrist.

My wrist circumference is 17,5 cm . Bought Medium - very tight fit and i like that . A little hard to put on , but i prefer tight fit. Glad i didn`t go for the Large . Gives very good wrist support . Use it for dumbbell exercise .
