Awesome product. Just what I was looking for. I wanted a product for my AC which starts it and stops it at regular intervals in night and I could start it just before I reach home. Thought of Smart Plug and schedule time in it but I thought it basically means just stopping electricity supply to AC and if its ON then its swing will remain open and its not a good thing for AC if it happens frequently. Then I thought of smart remote and I bought this. It resolved all my issues. Now my AC starts and stops at my specific time and I can remotely control it. Preset worked wonderfully for my LG AC. In case one want they can teach it with the AC remote. Awesome product and must buy

This is based on the ESP Wifi modules and the Tuya ecosystem like many other products and uses the rebranded version of the Smart Life App. Just going through the menus of the two apps would confirm the same. I purchased a Wipro RGBW Smart Lamp which is also apparently based on Tuya. I am able to control the IR devices like my bedroom AC, TV and ceiling fan as well as the Wipro Smart Lamp using the Zoook App!!!... Has worked reliably for more than a month now. The added convenience of controlling everything with the smartphone is just too good. Also tried the Oakter remote but the UI and implementation of remote control features are much better in this one. I am using it with a LG TV, Sharp Inverter AC and Atomberg Renesa BLDC fan. The Wipro bulb is an independent device with its own WiFi module but controllable with the same Android App. The whole family can be added to the home by the master user and everyone can control the devices using their respective smartphones. All devices retain their state in case of power failure.

Be aware!!Product supplied is incomplete. The adaptor to keep it ON all the time does not come in package!! Use old usb adaptor or buy new one!Configuration is easy for wifi equipment...however for others is your luck. I could not get Voltas Ac configured in their preset 18 options.Product is not refundable ...so buy with caution!!Would not recommend for home if you intend to operate AC etc

This product was unable to control my Voltas Window AC 2019 latest model. They gave 18 settings for the remote and none of them works. I had to set up a custom remote setting in the app in which most of the buttons were not working.For example if i map + & - button to control temperature, the button will only increase the temperature to the point where its set.. So if your Ac is on 24' then by pressing that button it will make ur AC to go to 24 degree even if you are at 18' that time. Mode button if you map it you will have to map one button 4 times on different mode such as dry, cool, heat, fan.On top of this my prime aim was to control the AC from my voice by mapping it to Alexa and as the custom remote csn not be mapped to alexa as per their helpline team. That goal was unable to achieve. Moreover this product is not eligible for return and you can only replace it so an option of return was not there and in the end i had to ask for an exception from Amazon for the return which Amazon did thankfully, but everyone isn't that lucky.

Overall an acceptable device with lots of problems. Lookwise device is ok with several functional flaws.1. You can't know whether the device is functioning or not if your command is not working as it has no function led in it. Although it has an led which work only for a sec during powder on.2. Your diy remotes are not accessible from Alexa or Google.3. It's a headache to change a channel (having 2 and more digits) using zoook app, pressing app button and IR fire have a significant delay so as you need atleast 4 to 5 attempts.4. You can't change a channel in your STB using voice command.5. They don't provide a charger with the pack while other competitors with the same prize do, managing a 5V/1A charger is difficult now a days ( don't try to copy Apple Inc).Overall it's not as smart as they clams to be.Just okay.
