Very good indoor camera
Picture quality (4 Megapixel) is really very good. 360 degree horizental rotation is also very useful. The only con is it's 55 degree vertical rotation, it should be atleast 80 degree so that it could actually don't miss any part of a room. This is particularly very useful when roof mounted. For baby sitting 55 degree vertical tilt is enough.Further one click return to preset point facility is not available in this camera which can easily be fixed by an software update as done in old ezviz C8C model. Auto zoom facility during auto tacking (as in H8c) would be an added advantage if added in next update. Overall very good camera for indoor use.

Build quality of bracket not good
Base bracket broke as I see its a bad quality material and easily damaged. Worst thing is I am not able to get in stores.

Cute camera Installed in outdoor
Even though it is designed for indoor, i am using it in outdoor. Installed in such a way that it is protected from direct sunlight and rain.Pros in my view1. Zoom clarity is excellent. I am using a 1k camera also , that's zooming is also very good. installed in second floor roof shade so that I can view my whole property in front side. 8x zooming is possible.2. Motion recording is working good3. You can sleep the camera if you don't want to use for particular period of time. Some times I used to sleep the camera.4. Sound clarity is ok, but not very good.5. Rj45 port is there and you can connect ethernet cable also.6. Ezviz app is responsive and no delay.Cons1. Please introduce presets. In my 1k camera I am getting presets after upgrade. No upgrade for this camera.2. Please differentiate person detection and normal motion detection .More1. Cute looking camera. I liked its look2. Can be powered by a micro usb cable. It will work with power bank also.

Excellent Operation
CCTV operation is cent percent satisfaction. But couldn't renew the cloud storage with Visa / rupay debit and credit cards. Also no any other payment options available Couldn't upload and save the footages in few days. Memory Card slot not available in the camera. Amazon technical personnel to be attempted this issue. Thanks.
