I am a public safety officer, I bought this book just to see how good it could be. To my surprise I have found myself reassessing the daily breakdown in security. This is money that was well spent.

Can’t put the book down

I bought this book because I provide safety and security support for school districts in my area. I have. Small library of books on security subjects so I was eager to see what the author had to contribute. I have no read through it multiple times, highlighter in hand, and found it very helpful for improving my assessment process for security issues. The author did a good job at laying out the process and providing helpful suggestions. If you follow these general guidelines, your situational assessment will improve and you will be better equipped to make improvements based on the information you gather. I recommend this book to every school and resource officer who is trying to address school security concerns.
