Has held up strong at max capacity for the past 7+ years and still going.
I bought this rack in 2017 and I have kept it loaded as much as it can possibly loaded. Winter coats, dresses, shirts, pants, etc. I've literally packed this thing so tight that I couldn't get anything else on it and you can remove a hanger and nothing will fall. lol. I've also disassembled and moved it around a couple times (which is really easy to do). It's still going strong in 2025, so much so that I've come back for another one now that I need more hanging space. I'm happy to see there is one with a shorter width since the one I have is a little bit wide for the closet that I want to put it in. If that one is as sturdy and strong as the one I have, I will be extremely happy! Also, I don't keep the wheels on mine. My house is 100 years old and the floors are a bit uneven, so I have the rails sitting right on the carpeted floor, and I put two 110 quart storage tubs on the rails (the bottom one is full of clothes for the opposite season, and in the top one, I put shoes, boots, etc.,) and there is even room beside that to stack some smaller tubs for accessories, etc. The weight of the tubs helps ensure that the rack won't tip over. It's very sturdy.

Great clothes rack!
Exactly what I needed. Plus, I put it together by myself, no help needed. I’m going to order another one.

Sturdy and Reliable Garment Rack, But Assembly Can Be Tricky
Assembly was a little challenging, though. While it’s not overly complicated, the instructions could be clearer, and some parts were a bit tricky to fit together. It took me a bit longer than expected to get everything in place, but once it was set up, it’s been great.

Where have you been all of our lives? Love it!
We hang dry so many clothes, and our previous clothing rack (old) just reached the end of its lifespan. That one did not have wheels, so the fact that this could be wheeled from place to place was a plus. It is taller than our previous rack, stronger, and holds more clothing. Hubby was able to assemble it in about 5 minutes and before we knew it, we were in business. Most parts "click" into place rather than using screws, another plus. The only tool you may need was included. I would only say check your dimensions, because it extended our farther than our previous one, but we love this one so much we didn't care! We may get another for another part of the house too.

Maybe I'd like it better with a safety strap
I haven't bent it yet, but I've knocked it down 2 out of 5 times I've touched it. So by "sturdy" I guess what people mean is, it doesn't bend from weight put on it. I mean, yeah, that's good. But it has a narrow base, and if you bump it at all, it's going flying on the floor. I decided not to use it very much because if I get it all weighted down with a lot of things, and then it falls, well I just hope my cat isn't under it at the time. I don't trust it. I did use it to hold up a photo background and that worked fine. But for that purpose you have to be seated, it's not very tall. I like that the ends telescope out and back in.
