Wowzers what a great mop. Im normally a vileda fan, with the spinny bucket, not no more. On first opening I thought it was to small, well now its small but mighty. I live in a 3 bedroom place with dogs, and this mop manages it all. Less elbow grease then the vileda, so for disabled people this is perfect. Does all the stairs with ease, even the back parts, thanks to the swivel on the mop head. I brought the one with loadsa spare microfibres, washes well at 40 in the washing machine.and to clean out is simple, with just warm soapy water and a wipe dry. My top tip for getting the lid part off is to start at the side then grab the front and pull, it comes off easier. It's not that heavy when full to the max mark like a normal mop bucket. Small enough to fit all homes, ideal for flats. So less effort and less time cleaning your floors.it doesn't keep dirty water separate, and the ones that do dont have as good reviews.5 stars from me. Wish I'd brought one sooner.

This mop is brilliant! Easy to use, very sturdy, you can use the dry section to take out the surplus water so floors aren’t too wet. Great value for money. Easy to remove and replace pad for washing.

Very good mopping system. Sturdy and easy to operate. The tank is a little smaller than I expected but that makes it quite compact. The mop head can be plunged up and down until you achieve the desired moisture for your floor area. The only downside would be that the mop handle is quite short. I’m 5’4” and felt I was bending quite a bit so not sure how taller people would fare. Another section on the handle would remedy this.

Excellent, easy to use. It does need filled up to completely wet the pad. So requires more water than a normal mop bucket would. The overspill into the dry tank isn't much. I love that I can completly collapse everything and it takes up so much less space than a standard mop and bucket. Grabs the floor so does require a bit of elbow grease. Much better on my laminate floors as easy to wring out - doesn't leave it soaking like my old mop would.

Compact bucket. Great system for washing the floors with right amount of water. Good thick pads. Good to be able to use dryer on my real wood floors. System squeezes out off dirt on the pads well before moving on to next section of floor.

Would give this product 10 stars if it was possible ... bucket made from high quality plastic, lightweight yet retains it's shape even whilst carrying when full. Very ingenious design allows user to remove excess fluid leaving the perfect amount of moisture on the mop. Mop sheets are really good quality, very easy to fit and readily available should you need replacements. Metal pole is easy to assemble and use. Nothing negative to say about this product. May at first glance appear a little pricey but having used it a few times feel it is worth every penny. Only wish I had bought one of these a few years ago when I had my new laminate kitchen floor installed.

Easy to use than traditional mop and bucket. Takes up a lot less space so much easier to store. Yes when you squeeze the dirty water out it goes into the clean water part but no different to traditional moping. I just mop the whole floor first then mop up/ dry the floor. Solid construction the weight of the water keeeps the bucket stable. It could be improved if you could insert the mop both ways to wet then you wouldn’t have to fill the bucket if you just doing a little clean. Just a small thing. Definitely an improvement on the old fashioned mop and bucket

This mop actually makes cleaning enjoyable. The flat design cleans corners and edges better than a classic mop, and the wringer system removes most of the water so floors dry quickly. The build feels solid and well thought out. Details are well-thought of, like the slots to insert the pad so it doesn't slip, the extra plastic panel that helps squeeze out water, and the drying section. Thanks for helping me clean :)

This product is not a Joymoop brand mop, and it comes with 2 pads not 4. Recommend you avoid.

Its good quality. Original. Only notice is that there is no hole down to pour water out. But its ok to do it manually. Happy to get it. Definitely recommended

Great design makes mopping fun, easy and effective. Basically mopping can be done without bending much for your back and without making your hand dirty. Fun to play around with the wetting and drying mechanism to meet your desired wet/dry level. Easily reach area where your vacuum robot might not reach, say the little space between the fridge and the floor. Quality of mop pad is great, with optimal softness and thickness, picking up dirt easy. After mopping, I soak the mop pad in soap water with disinfectants and come out very clean. So far, I use it indoor in kitchen floor with tiles, wooden stair case; outdoor on patio surface, working pretty well.
