That default size for creatine. This stuff has helped increase strength and focus. No issues with it dissolving into my protein shake post workout. No weird grit or texture. Transparent ingredients as usual from this company and high quality. I have been taking this for months and haven’t had any stomach issues. This stuff is amazing for adding strength to your workout. The addition of HMB really amplifies this.

I have seen some pretty decent gains since switching to TL's creatine from my previous brand. My workouts have been more effective, there's been a noticeable increase in my training volume. I'm lifting heavier and I'm not as sore. I've also noticed I've had more more power. I did a fair amount of research before switching and I appreciated that the ingredients are clean. I was a fan of my previous brand because it was pH balanced and other brands I've tried in the past had a tendency to upset my stomach and cause a good amount of bloating. With TL, I haven't had any adverse effects and no stomach issues. It dissolves well in water, and there's no graininess. The strawberry lemonade flavor is both sweet and tart without being cloyingly so. While it's a tad more expensive than my old brand, given the results I feel it's a great value.

The Worst tasting creatine I’ve ever had.

I really like the product. The only downside is it is a very fine powder and gets all over when trying to add to the bottle.

Been taking creatine for years, decided to try a new brand and give Transparent Labs a try. Its good creatine, but just beware that you may notice a BO smell with the powder. As soon as I opened the lid and ripped open the paper seal, I was met with a distinct smell of a haji gas station… Somehow the taste is a like Hawaiian Punch-ish flavor, but the smell before the powder is mixed with water is smells a bit like a vagabond just boarded your bus and really needs a shower. UPDATE 11/1/2024: Since Amazon did not offer a return on the HMB Creatine, I reached out to Transparent Labs directly via their email support to ask about the odor and they were very accommodating. They explained that some odor is normal with their product since it contains no preservatives, etc & they offered to send me out another flavor to try free of charge, which I received in just a few days. Unfortunately I did notice the same odor with the Blue Raspberry replacement they sent me…. However, I decided to just deal with the smell and their creatine does seem to be high quality. I’ve experienced no bloating, no stomach/ GI issues that I have run into before with some other brands. Their team also offered me a refund, but I have declined the refund since I am having good results using the creatine now (minus the bad BO smell of the powder). The taste is okay once its mixed with water.

So I've heard people speak about the smell and I can concur it does have a hint of BO. However, that's when you open it. Once you stir it up a bit... No BO just the smell of greatness about to hit your body. The taste is good, definitely not the worst thing ever in my mouth and I feel good.

The product is awesome and it’s working . I would like to purchase again and again.
