Carote Non Stick Set Combo Cooking Set Induction Pan Set of 4 (20cm Fry Pan+26cm Fry Pan, 18cm Sauce Pan with Lid, 24cm Sauce Pot with Lid)

Saw these and instantly wanted them! We use an induction plate for cooking, which is important to note because ceramic tends to darken if you use high heat, which is not as easily manageable than with a direct flame. We’ve used two of these (the pans), one for making pillsbury ready made chocolate pancakes, the other for various pastas, deep fried items and omelettes. The chocolate pancakes left a greater burn mark than the other items, which have also left significant darkening. It’s not extremely unattractive, but compared to regular pans, the discolouration will annoy you a little. There seem to be remedies online to take off burn marks but these don’t look like they remove the marks entirely, just lessen the intensity. If you’re a better cook than we are, you will probably not stain these for at least a few months!Otherwise, exactly as pictured, beautiful finish, handle is sturdy and smooth, and the non-stick is superior. Don’t use steel cooking spoons, only wood or silicon, and don’t scrape the bottom. Let the pans cool down before you wash them (as per the instructions that came with this set), and don’t use abrasive scrubs or chemicals to clean them. I hope these last for a few years, genuinely beautiful pieces and a pleasure to own! A must-buy, such beauties!

The media could not be loaded. This is an amazing product, writing this review after using it for 4 months, they r all very large in size,except for the small pan. It works great for me. Just don't leave the pans on high flame or it will become black in colour, cooking in these pots and pans are so pleasing, I use these just for my cooking channel on YouTube called Bengaluru kitchen. i am so very happy, thank you Amazon.

Worth money.... N impressive packing

These are really cute and perfect. the nob on the lid got stained with turmeric and it was left a mark.

I used this for a couple of months. I went away for 20 days, when I came back home it was giving out a horrible smell. It had spread to whole kitchen. I tried to remove the smell with hot water, vinegar, etc. Tried everything but the smell is not going away. Wrote a email to carote support, got no response. It is smelling so bad, cant be used. Sad that such an expensive product have such a bad defect.

This set is so beautiful and functional. It requires very less amount of oil, food does not stick while cooking. Colours are so good. Very very good quality. You just can’t go wrong with any of this Carote brand products. Just go for it

A very good and upclass product. The handle is very plush. A very good feel and utility.But, it got discolored after a couple of uses. Though the quality remains, but it looks no good anymore.Maybe unsuitable for Indian cooking.
