NOW Cider Vinegar, 180 Veg Capsules, Foods

My regular brand of ACV was discontinued. I already trusted Now for other supplements recommended by my doctor, so I tried these ACV pills. They worked just as well as the previous brand, and also had the benefits of fiber and other items to help with weight loss. I didn’t think much of those initially, but j have been dropping a few pounds slowly without any other major change to my routine. Maybe they’re working!?!

I initially found these by accident in mid-April at GNC after going there looking for Braggs ACV. They didn't have it, so the salesperson suggested this. It wasn't what I was looking for, either, as it is an ACV 'Diet Formula' and that wasn't my intended purpose - I was looking for relief from ongoing digestive issues. All I can say is WOW! Not only do they help with my digestive issues (I take 2 with each meal) ... but the MOST astounding unintended consequence was that I started losing weight. And I DO NOT DIET. I admittedly still have occasional digestive issues that restrict what I am willing to eat (for fear of it doing a number on my stomach), but I generally eat whatever I want. I weigh myself once a week and am down anywhere from a half-pound to 3 or 4 lbs consistently each week. I'm on my 2nd bottle now and will NOT be without these or allow myself to run out! NOW Foods Cider Vinegar Diet capsules work! I faithfully take 2 two times a day. I literally forget to eat because they suppress my appetite. I was skeptical but I can say for sure that for me this product is helping me thus far with my weight loss journey. Will buy more soon.

Apple Cider Vinegar is amazing! There are hundreds of ways to use it with all kinds of things. If you are not aware of how much it can help your life, you need to look it up. I cannot stand to drink it. I buy the capsules instead. When you open the bottle, you will smell the vinegar. Just hold your nose and swallow. The health benefits of me taking this product is unbelievable. It fights yeast overgrowth, heartburn, builds your immune system and helps with digestion. Hundreds of benefits that you can find online. I do not go even one day with out taking the capsule 2xs a day. Try it.

Good product if you're unable to tolerate drinking apple cider vinegar. It was very useful for the purpose I had in mind and easy to take. I can't swallow very large pills, so I appreciate the size of these tablets.

Apple cider vinegar is good for you, but to me it smells absolutely horrible. This is the only way I can ingest it and even when I open the bottle I hold my breath since I can still smell it. After I take them I have to quickly drink or eat something I like to make sure I don't get any aftertaste of the cider vinegar. I have a very picky palate, but I love that this comes in pill form.

I found this diet at a health food store in California and was advised that it would speed up my metabolism, which seemed to really slow down when I turned 50. I have been taking this diet pill for almost 14 years and found a great price and free shipping on Amazon. With the cost of gas and living in the boonies, Amazon is a dream come true. Back to this Apple Cider Vinegar diet, it has all the nutrients that help you burn off calories, and basically go to the bathroom regularly which is very important. I would suggest taking 2 capsules everyday and see how it changes your life style. Like I said, I have been taking it for 14 years and love it.
