Product Didn't Turn On And Received A Restocking Fee
I really do not know what we are supposed to do. The item sent to us did not work/turn on and we were charged a restocking fee. I was going to reorder it, but how do I know i'm going to get a non-defective product and if it is defective, get charged another restocking fee. Hope seller makes it right with the stocking fee and I will reorder. This is crazy to me.

Very cheap quality
The item is very cheap quality. Sharp edges cut you.My employees don’t want to touch it.The seller makes it impossible to return.Amazon need to take in consideration having these sellers selling garbage though the portal.

Do not recommend
Very unpleasead with this purchase. When using the machine it smells like something is burning. When I tried to return the product they were charging me over half of what I paid for the product to return it, even though I pay for Amazon prime. Over all not happy at all with this purchase. Do not recommend.

Don’t buy even if it’s the last mixer out there.
Very slow and it doesn’t mix all the way down to the bottom of the cup, you have to finish it on your own. Waste of time in a fast pace environment
