I have only recently started taking the copper so I can’t really comment on quality or efficacy but the product was well packed and arrived promptly. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

This copper supplement is quickly absorbed and the benefits are felt straight away, i have now started taking other copper supplement only because the mixing agent is rice flour which this product does not have. it is simply my choice to use rice flour as a mixing agents and after research i have decided to go with rice flour and nothing else. How ever this is a great quality copper but the mixing agent is the only reason .
