This may be a little hard to describe (feel free to call us at 425-821-6400 and we'll send a diagram), but if you're looking at the connector pins as a "U", the left will be the negative/middle is positive/right is the speed sensor. If you can't remember, you can just touch them to your power supply until you get the right combo. It won't damage the fan if you mix up the positive negative--it just won't spin.

Q: what are the dimensions in inches?

The cutout dimensions are 5.625" x 1.25", the bracket dimensions are 6.9" x 2", and the fan is 5.5" deep. Feel free to call if you have any questions: 425-821-6400

I can’t answer that question, but I can say that the fan has been working for over a year hooked up to a temperature sensor, going on at 27 C regularly. 12 VDC every time.
