CAP Barbell 34" Olympic Triceps Bar, Black (OBIS-34SB)

This Triceps bar so far very high quality it comes with outside knobs to secure barbell plates on bar. So far very high quality definitely recommend.

A great addition to my workout. Solid construction. 2-inch weights fit well, no rattle. I have a bum wrist that has issues with flat bars. The vertical bar hammer curls are more comfortable and I can use more weight.

Super sturdy bar works great with my Olympic size plates. I use this for ab roll-outs and tricep work.

Great budget friendly piece of equipment, nice size, good weight to it, it doesn't squeak, been a great addition to my gym.

Great price, good sturdy quality. Took a star off because the grip width is too narrow, not as advertised. As long as it's not too narrow for you, it's good.

My son and I both love this. We added this to our Home hym and it’s perfect for bicep and tricep curls. It makes it easier on the shoulder during the workout and it hits the right spots. Definitely recommended Great price.

Heavy and solid, all good. Finish is terrible. At least on mine.
