It seems that this design and drill series of educational toys is highly successful and certainly a hit with me and my daughter!I reviewed another such toy recently and got this on to review too. Again, they seem to have done it! The toy is quite straightforward to build, with clear instructions and colour coding. This one has the added benefit of a farmer and hen figures to accompany the tractor and which can be attached to it!My daughter loved using the supplied screwdriver to assemble the tractor and also liked switching places between the farmer and the hen! So, I have a tractor being driven by a hen that is carrying a farmer! But it’s all in nurturing the little one’s imagination, so why go with the flow?!?!Two very small things that, however, the company could address:1) the base of the screwdriver can easily be detached from the screwdriver and even though I tried hard to put it back in, it does not just stay in the slot;2) the hat and hair of the farmer can be detached from the body; I guess they are interchangeable with some other figures in other series. Again, the company should have paid more attention to ensuing a tighter/better fit even after many such uses; it feels that now I cannot touch the farmer on his head as things will come off!Overall, however, a smashing educational toy!

Great gift for my 3 1/2 year old who has been interested in screwdrivers ever since she saw me using mine, its a great starting point but doesn't give much in the way of imagination but if you stick the brand they have many more sets which are all interchangeable, its definatly build to last and will stand up to abuse from toddlers and bigger kids!highly recommend!

This toy set is a great STEM set and I’ve really enjoyed playing with this with my nephew. It’s very easy to use and engaging too. I like that it’s got an educational aspect and it’s also fun to play with and not boring. I like the farmer because his expressions are changeable and his chicken is very cute! The parts are all safe to play with and use and I like that it’s a strong and sturdy set. It will easily withstand daily playing with anyway because I feel it’s nice and durable. It’s easy to store away and clean for me too. The drill and bolts all work brilliantly and we’ve not had any issues with using it. My nephew took to it straight away and really enjoyed this interaction with the set. I think it’s excellent value for money and I have no hesitations in recommending it. It gets a huge thumbs up from us!

Got this for my four-year-old son. He also had a Learning Resources Helicopter when he was three.He likes how you have to use screws and the included large-size screwdriver to put the toy together yourself.The instructions are very large, printed in colour, and very clear.The toy design is a great way of getting kids using elements of their brains that other toys don't reach, such as problem-solving and following instructions.The toy is really well made, brightly coloured and a lot of fun, with the included farmer and bird figures.What's extra clever is how the box can be folded in on itself to create a farm and road for the tractor in the set. Really eco-friendly and inventive, and another way that the toy takes itself to the next level.If I could give six stars for this, I would.

This is a great toy which develops and encourages STEM interest and learning. Aimed at children aged 3=. I shared this under supervision with the 2 year olds in my Nursery Playroom, and they loved this little tractor set. It arrived in pieces with a small screwdriver, and is designed for easy assembly - Basically, the wheels, seat and trailer need to be bolted on with the supplied large plastic screws. The screwdriver was the perfect size for small hands to manage and the children in my playroom were all really eager to have a shot at putting this together. Once assembled, the tractor and trailer make a great chunky toy, complete with peg style farmer and a chicken! The children in my playroom loved playing with this in their small world area, although within the week they had worked out how to unscrew the bolts and take it all apart again! Turning the screws offers excellent fine motor skill practice and learning how screws and tools work develops cognitive skills and links between home life experiences. This is a cute little toy which is really nice, although a little pricey at £22. Would make a great gift that really develops STEM thinking!

I got this my grandchildren who range from 2 to 8 years old and it's suitable for them all.This toy isn't just a car; it's a car that can be repaired and taken apart. You get a screwdriver that is suitable for children, which is used to remove screws and to tighten the screws.My youngest grandchild struggles a little with it, but he's developing the skill to undo and tighten the screws.The toy when it's complete is a good little toy; the fact that there are extra dimensions to it is such an added bonus.Children love being able to do things like an adult, and all my grandchildren love this toy.From an adults point of view, this toy is good on so many levels. It's a hit in our house.

I ordered this for my Grandson who loves all types of vehicles. He also loves building and creating, so this gift seemed perfect! This is fantastic, as he can build his own toy!It comes in a sturdy little box which contains all the pieces of the tractor and a toy screwdriver, which then the child (with some help of the adult) can build their own toy. The instructions were straight forward, and together we managed to build it fairly fast, but with enough building time that he could enjoy the building process.It's a really nice gift for any young child who is creative and enjoys building!

A simple item thats packaged nicely.Perfect as a gift for young kids.The toy is colourful and well made.I tried to break this with my hands and its very strong, so this is perfectly safe for very young kids.Learning Resources make high quality toys and this is by no means an exception.Recommended.

Fatto molto bene e resistente. Mio figlio di due anni era contentissimo e ha passato ore a smontarlo, rimontarlo e a giocarci anche come un semplice trattore. Consigliatissimo.Unico piccolo difetto secondo me è il cacciavite in dotazione si stacca in due abbastanza facilmente e così si rischia di perdere.

I thought it might be too simple for my 2.5 yo son after we opened it but he likes anything that involves building and screws so he loved it. I did buy it at a low price and would not pay close to full price for it
