We absolutely love this product. Both the original and the sweet versions. We use this to make cheese sauce and sliceable cheese (adding agar agar and other things as we like). We use it on anything and in any format we want or need. This is by far our favorite vegan cheese. We can make. Cheesy vegetables, Mac and cheese, pizza, cheese to slice for burgers / sandwiches / eat alone, dipping sauce, adding it to popcorn to make it cheesy and much more! By far the most versatile and delicious cheese we have found. Let's me make all kinds of things that even my picky eaters absolutely love! This product is absolutely amazing and wonderful for us. This product replaced so many other cheese products it actually saves us money, is shelf stable (prior to cooking so we can use when we need it) and makes having vegan cheese more available and affordable for us. Now all our cheese needs are absolutely met with this one product! Thank you so much for making This wonderful product! We absolutely love it and fully recommend it!

This is a staple in our house! My son who has an allergy to dairy loves this - I use it almost weekly to make mac and cheese for him. Easy to use and one of the best tasting cheese sauce alternatives I’ve tried!

Quick and easy hits of cheesyness. Unfortunately tastes a little of coconut, but maybe I'm picking it up because I don't like coconut much.

Powder dissolves fairly quickly and completely in liquid (water or oat milk). I have used this for vegan mac n cheese. I have also made a vegan cheese dip for veggies. No aftertaste that I noticed. I would recommend

I loved this and we had it on auto order. Apparently they changed the recipe before we cancelled auto because we weren't eating enough of it, and we were sent the new formula. The original is good, but my whole family hated the new/sweet formula. I'm upset that I wasted $30+ that I have to throw out. I take fault for taking a long time to get around to opening the new bag, but according to their page they don't take returns anyway so it wouldn't have mattered even if I realized it right away.

I think it's on par with a meltable cheese that's on the cheaper side. Not overly flavorful but still hits the spot when you feel like some nacho cheese and chips or something. This is coming from a lifelong cheese lover. The first batch I made was very globby but I may not have mixed it well or overheated it. It's a little slow to mix at first but just keep at it and it will eventually mix quite well. It does start crusting very quickly too when heating so I suggest microwaving for 15 seconds, stir, and repeat as desired. Stovetop would probably be best but I haven't tried that. The second time turned out great and was smooth and easy to dip. Add some salsa and mix well for a spicy addition. This has been a wonderful discovery for me as a vegan as I haven't found a good meltable vegan cheese for dipping until now! I haven't tried mac and cheese or anything else with it yet.

Magic Cheese not only taste bad, but has misleading information as to its health benefits. It's not low-calorie, not low-sodium,and high in saturated fat. It has no significant nutritional value. I'm not going to use it and the company requires that it be returned. I'm going to research products more carefully because there are unethical businesses selling on Amazon.

Holy delicious, Batman! Agree with others that it’s too watery if made according to the instructions, but it’s easy to play around with the ratios. Makes amazing mac n cheese! I think if you simmered it with some poblanos, it’d make a great nacho dip as well. Definitely very versatile! And way cheaper than getting vegan mac n cheese packages with only enough for one meal. I got the original kind and I don’t taste coconut at all.
