How do I know if I've got up yo 20" and is that measurement round the balloon scared it may pop

Measure around middle of balloon, don't over fill as they will pop,and make sure you tiy bottom well as do go down, hope this helps

Can these be re sealed with a heat sealer? For stuffing etc?

Yes. I have used with a heat sealer. 3.5 was hot enough, 4 melted it too much!

How long do they last

Wouldn’t be putting helium in these , air filled they last ages , even months! Xx

I do not think they are latex but they are nothing like the picture, was disappointed with the product.
