Omg this stuff has been life changing for me. I noticed right before my cycle I was getting incredibly depressed, wanted to leave my husband lol, and even I didn't like me. Initially when I talked to my Dr about it she wanted to try Prozac. The last time a Dr put me on it I got serotonin syndrome and became paralyzed. So I told her no way and I didn't want to try other SSRI's because of other issues with them. So she suggested I try this supplement. I no longer get crazy breakouts before my period. I don't get the severe mood swings. I feel happier in general. Like I never want to not be taking this now.
