Q: Will this filter set work with the 200M model?

It appears that it does. This filter is the AP-1512HHS that is used by my model the Conway Airmega. Also looks like it’s the one used in the 200M model which has one more layer of purification.

Q: I noticed that the charcoal filter is different between the 1512hhs & 1512hh, but is the hepa filter common between the 2 models?

The "s" model comes with carbon pellets which is a lot more effective at gas filtration than the fiber coated type.

Q: Will these work for the Regular 1512HH

Yes they will work with that model, honestly save the money and buy the filter with the basic carbon filter. I noticed little to no difference
