Easily broken. Safety concern.
I bought 2 bags of these for my classroom's Halloween bags. They seemed okay at first but once the kids started playing with them, several brought them back to me broken. My kids are 7 years old so they know not to put these in their mouths. I wonder about these breaking like this with younger kids. This was quite the disappointment.

Okay for the price
At about 50 cents a piece, they aren't bad but they have some sort of powder residue. Maybe to keep them from sticking together in shipping?
