That’s genius and it’s not rocket science either or we would all be working with NASA Easy equation. I have used these on and off for years simply as I tend to shop around a bit and try different things brand’s generic and this small tablet I really don’t know why he complainers reviews regarding swallow them and taste of them etc. it’s a tiny tab you don’t taste it you simply swallow the tiny tab dears! I would highly recommend these vitamins to anyone for they are you supply? That’s good good price can get cheaper less tablets all round yes.

Good value for money but smell and taste pretty grim

I have a restless leg syndrome so I did a home test for iron deficiency and it turned out I need some iron in my body, so I decided to buy these multivitamins with iron, hopefully it will help with my RLS. I am starting them from today so after a month or so i will test again for iron and if I still have low levels i will contact my gp. And I will update this review to let you know if these multivitamins are effective and helpful for me and generally if they made any difference.

Arrived quickly and well packaged. Compact container so no wasted plastic. Tablets are easy to swallow and have no smell.
