Had an issue with the item quality but manufacturer made it right
The handle was not aligned with the bit So when I turn it, the bit draws a 3" circle making it impossible to use. Also the handle in the middle is cheap plastic like an Easter egg and flexes apart into two pieces as you squeeze it. The manufacturer reached out to me about my complaint and fixed the situation and as such, I have adjusted my rating from one star to three stars.

Won't hold bit
I purchased the additional recommended auger bits to go with this. However the chuck does not have enough purchase on the bit shaft to keep the bit in place. Making it impossible to drill a hole. Useless.Sent it back running.

Absolute Junk
This thing was visibly bent upon arrival. Extremely poor craftsmanship and quality control. It also appeared very used - the exterior was dirty and covered in grease. I attempted to drill a sample hole with it, but the product completely failed. Nothing on this piece of junk lines up, so turning the handle causes the bit to "walk" - a LOT. It's impossible to drill even a single hole with this thing. I'm returning this garbage immediately. I thought I'd try my luck for the price, but I wish I hadn't bothered.

Chuck fell apart the first time i tried to put a bit in it. Not a defect, poor design. This is cheap crap and the seller knows iit.
