I think these are a little overpriced in my opinion at just under £20 at time of review for 2 ghost windsocks which light up..... A price point of about £15 is more apt I feel.These are designed to be used outside where the wind will catch inside the ghost and help it to 'puff out' and wave around in the wind, combined with its string led lights, these can really add to your Halloween decorations and look great.The battery box controller is adequately protected within a cushioned (air bubbled, like an envelope lol) pouch which is designed so the pouch opening sits at the back of the decoration to try and prevent water ingress.I do worry though that in really heavy rain (which is typical in the UK especially during October /November) that these may fill up with water and combined with strong winds the battery box might get wet as well.I would personally try and place these somewhere, where they'll have a degree of weather protection.I have the perfect spot for these which will be hung just under our porch area at the front door so they'll have a little extra protection from the rain but still allow the wind to fill them up and move them around.These take 2 x AA batteries to light them up (not supplied) and judging by the string light, these use low power using leds, so the batteries should last a while.To be fair though and with that said, halloween decs don't tend to be kept up as long as Xmas decs so a set of batteries should last the Halloween season.Inserting the batteries is straightforward with a simple sliding battery compartment. A simple control switch selects between on/off and flashing.I might be inclined to add a little weight to the inside bottom of these to give them a little more stability when hung otherwise I can imagine if they're not secured properly, the wind could take them for a ride as they are lightweight.They look great but I wouldn't pay nearly £20 for these. I would pay between £10 to £15 though.

We love Halloween.. our street is a prime Trick or Treating destination as we all make a big effort in decorating. I like to keep our decorations family oriented so yhese ghosts will make a great addition to our grave yard theme display.I particularly like these light up and are very effective in the dark. At £15 for the 2 I feel that are good value and can be used year after year.Send them directly to family or friends children as a Halloween gift but make sure you add some AA batteries in too as they don't come with the GhostsTip: if putting away for next year remove the batteries to avoid them rotting inside and ruining the lights, though saying that adding new lights will be easy.

You get two ghosts and they look really good. They hang on a small spring opening clasp so it can hook around something and back on itself or onto something small.I enjoyed chasing my two year old with these making ghost noises. They have the strangest waterproof battery container I’ve ever seen, stuck to the inside collar of the head is a small plastic bubble sleeve folded over on itself with the battery box tucked inside. It looks like it will work but I haven’t tried it outside yet, I love Halloween but I think August is a little early.The material is thick enough to survive some serious flapping around and it seems well made enough. I’m pleased with the look and I know exactly where I’m putting these out the front as soon as I’m allowed to decorate.I’d say they are overpriced when full price at £20, £10 each is just too much. The lights have three positions, on/off and flash which are hard to see in daylight but have a good glow at night.Look for a sale and these are well worth it.

This Halloween Ghost windsocks Flag is comes with 2 pcs. The size is good for you hanging outside. Also The material looks good. I am happy with the waterproof Bag design. My last year one don’t have. When it is raining day, the battery is dead easily. Overall, I am quite happy with the quality and the design. These ghosts are quite funny and the kids loved them. They come with a clip to hang them up and they run on 2x AA batteries.They will look good on Halloween but would have been nicer if the lights were more 'filling' rather than 1 line, maybe a diffuser or something.Good for the price though

This is a set of 2 windsock ghosts perfect for Halloween. I got these to hang either side of my front door because where I live you decorate outside to let kids know they can come trick or treating at your house.These ghosts are quite large in size and will look fab flapping about in the wind.Easy to hang up the have a little clip hook at the top to secure them onto a fastening.They also.light up with some string lights on the inside to help make them stand out more in the dark.They are battery operated and have alittlw waterproof pocket in the inside at the top to keep the battery pack in for safety.I cant wait to put these out but still a bit early yet.

These are great halloween lights, they are great little ghosts well made and easy to put up and they are battery powered so no need for leads trailing, they are a great size and a great addition to your halloween decorations and very good value, they come with metal hooks to hang them up and they have differnt modes flashing or non flashing.
