This case is rubbish! The finger print reader didn't work, reset it again but wouldn't even complete reading my finger print, that wasn't a big issue personally for me so decided to keep it, my phone was in my handbag with only my purse and my keys, I took my purse and keys out a couple times and when I got home my screen was cracked! The screen protector is just a flimsy bit of plastic, would protect screen from scratches but not cracking, if this can't survive being in a handbag with keys and a purse I'm sure it wouldn't survive being dropped, returned and amazon refunded with no issues but definitely get something better to protect your phone

I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH - DO NOT BUY THIS CASE!! have this cover four days. I purposely bought the cover before the phone even arrived and with three small kids wanted something very durable.What arrived certainly looked durable but that is where the good news ends.It is extremely heavy and bulky. Adding so much width to the phone that it was hard to reach from one side to the other with my thumb.It made the phone very chunky and heavy and as wondered if I had gotten the right phone for me as it was too cumbersome.Decided to buy a new cover and screen protector. Yesterday I noticed lots of dust had built up already on the screen. After just three days.New cover arrived today and I took the cover off for the first time since placing it on the phone, before even turning the phone on, and there is a scratch on the screen. This definitely happened when the cover was on.Awful cover. Thrown straight in the bin.

Good for value, sturdiness etc. Has a major flaw though. I find that the middle 'home' button stops working properly every so often and I have to release the pressure of the case on the phone to correct it. It also affects the keyboard when typing sometimes.Update: bought another case and this problem has gone completely so definitely because of this case.

I've used this style of case before.Never have I seen one with a circle where the finger print is read???It doesn't work! It's less than useless.So just don't worry about that. It works "sometimes" when it wants.But hopefully this case is as good as my old phone case.There's also the issue with the charger port that doesn't click shut?Instead it just hangs down and gets caught.Trying to plug the charger in just became a lot harder.

If you want to use the finger print sensor then forget this product!The screen protector is like something from the 2000's that you'd put your Nokia in back in the day. Only thing was that didn't matter as you had buttons, so it didn't matter having this bouncy piece of plastic between you and the phone.Ended up removing the plastic, so you can actually use the biometric function of the phone. Such a shame as a really robust case. If some forethought had been made to the product this could easily been solved.May seem like 1st world problems... But have been used to unlocking my phones in this way for at least the last 5 plus year's, so would think it simple to engineer something that would work.
