The screen is huge and can be easily navigated through.

This laptop was purchased in March for a business. Two programs were installed house call pro and QuickBooks was not used very actively even with these two programs that even a calculator can handle. This morning, when I turned on the laptop, it gave a message about a problem with the hard drive and nothing works. The keyboard does not respond. There is no contact with the seller. Please someone take a look at this post. Thank you.

The only thing that I would like is to have keys that are easier to see, maybe lighted keyboard. Alo a mouse arrow that is larger for senior users or possible different color.

Wish this model had a backlit keyboard. Live and learn...next time for sure!!!

I've always had superb luck with ASUS computers. My last one is at least 6-7 years old and only had like 4G of ram. Sadly, it was undeniably at end of life. Battery shot, charging port starting to short out and most noticeable of all, the CPU just couldn't do it anymore. Task manager always showed CPU at 100% for pretty much all tasks. Found this computer with 20G or ram at a very reasonable price and wow, what a difference!So pros:CPU is more than capable of getting the job doneSo much memory you pretty much never have to worry about running outWhile I'm always skeptical about a new Windows OS (I still have lingering feelings of dislike for Windows 8), the Windows 11 OS is slick and it's pretty much effortless to move from 10 to 11.Cons:Not much negative so far. The battery life is adequate but nothing to write home about.As others have pointed out; the numbers/letters on the keys are almost the same color. If you are looking at your keyboard at an angle, the numbers/letters become invisible. If you're like me and type from muscle memory it's a non issue but if you hunt and peck, you will probably hate it.

My laptop arrived on time, I feel the packaging could have been done a bit better but nonetheless it arrived safely and undamaged. The initial setup was easy and did not require to much effort, most of the issues I experienced was with windows 11 and getting it out of S mode but that is not the fault of Asus.The machine performs very well and I love the design it's very sleek.I would purchase this again if I needed another laptop.

I just received this computer and have not even set it up yet. I did immediately notice the letters and numbers to be difficult to read. Even with a table lap nearby, the letters blur out by the time you reach the middle of the keyboard. I might try some black shoe polish and hope the color sinks into the letters and numbers. I'm sure once I begin to use it I will get adjusted to it but the picture on Amazon shows darker lettering than what the actual Keyboard is. MORE TO COME...

Love this computer. The only reason for one less star is the battery life. I would of liked an expandable option for a longer life battery. This doesn't have it. You get what you see. Have to put it on a lower use mode so the battery life lasts longer. That's all. No big deal. This laptop should last me ten t. I'm not hard on my stuff.
