Used these Electrical back boxes in my barn. Surface mounted very pleased to find in Black. Teamed with black socket covers. Nothing not to like

Check depth of current boxes
My existing back boxes are single and metal so I replaced with this. Turned into a bit of a task as these boxes are deeper than the existing ones. I had assumed they were all a standard size so my error

As good as they look in the picture
Nice shiny black plastic not just painted black.

Robust back box
Unlike most back boxes these are not brittle and do not break or shatter whilst drilling or mounting. I would definitely recommend these boxes.
