I have a few straw bags. Living near the ocean, it is a thing. Well, maybe it is more the person than location. Anyway, this is one of if not the best straw purse I have. The lining is impeccably done. You can pull the draw string up to close the top around all your items or you can open it up all the way and fold the top half of the lining down and use it tote style. The wood bead handles are unique and fun. They aren't hard to carry in your hand and feel nice on the arm as well. They are smooth and roll easily without tangling up. There is no shoulder strap so it is handheld or looped over your arm to carry. This holds all your daily essentials plus a few other odds and ends. It may not be the tote to take to the beach but it will hold all your beach vibes. It goes perfectly with a maxi dress and sandals. But since there is a bit of heft to the bag you can easily transition this to a fall outfit. A quilted jacket, jeans, boooties, and a fun t shirt with this bag kind of say to me you're ready for a fall hay ride and bonfires on the beach. Get it, rock it, love it!

Very disappointed in this purchase. The purse smells of some kind of chemical and it is very poorly constructed. Highly recommend skipping this one.

The grommets holding The strap were all rusty and one of the grommets was broken leaving a hole in the straw. Would not recommend this bag

The purse arrived with mold all over it and a very strong smell!
