If you have read both Lucky Hit and Blissful Hook, this is the perfect book to fill in the missing pieces of what happened that time in Mexico… But if you haven’t read those books yet, please read Lucky Hit before reading Between Periods.It was such a wholesome feeling to see the OG friend group back together again. Getting to see a POV from each character enriched the entire experience, because I feel like I was able to experience multiple books at one time while being entwined together.And just because it’s a novella, don’t let that fool you into thinking it isn’t spicy because babes… it is spicy! Everything Tyler and Gracie. Oakley and Ava on the jet skit—holy crap. Everything about this novella is perfection and the perfect taste of summer, along with a bite of nostalgia for our first babies.I’m a very honest person so when I tell you to read this, and you won’t regret it… I fully mean it. Thank me later for the recommendation, and get so so so pumped for Vital Blindside, Adam’s book, coming soon!

We were just able to see what everyone was doing kind of like a movie, we got to read it all instead of wondering. & honestly I can say that the way she did her multiple POVs was one of my favorite parts of this story!The story picks up after Oakley & Ava storyAnd eases into Gracie’s & Tyler’s story (I always did wonder what happened in Mexico) & girl you delivered the details perfectly!We get to see a bit of Adam’s wonderful sunshine personality & his player ways in a way…This Novella was just P E R F E C T ♥️I highly recommend this series because we get it all. Before I begin, Between Periods is a novella that occurs in between Lucky Hit and Blissful Hook. Lucky Hit must be read before this book in order to get the background of the characters!Oh. Em. Gee. Hannah has done it again! She never disappoints! I absolutely loved this spicy novella, and it made me realize that I missed these characters all the more! The whole “Swift Hat-Trick” series each has a special place in my heart and to see glimpses of Ava, Oakley, Gracie, Tyler, and Adam come together during their vacay to Cancun was everything I didn’t know I needed!I was always so curious to know what had happened while they were on vacation when I was reading Blissful Hook and this novella was the perfect missing puzzle piece!! It gave us an insight on everything that had happened and even tho I do love Oakley and Ava’s moments throughout this book, and of course you can’t forget Adam but, I ABSOLUTELY LOVEDDDDD TYLER AND GRACIES CHAPTERS!! It was so nice to see the preface of what had happened between them during Cancun!One thing I will say is, Tyler Bateman…. CHILE!! I didn’t think it was possible to fall more in love with this man but oh it was SOOOOO very possible! The spice scenes between him and Gracie ASFSHSHSH!!! TO DIE FOR!! so so so good!This book contains five POV’s from each character, banter, found family, drama , toe curling spice, and all the feels!! Hannah never misses with her books. I’ve read all of her books and although Adams book hasn’t been released yet he has always been my favorite character. Being able to have a few chapters from his POV was my favorite thing ever. Seeing Tyler and Gracie relationship start to take place before everything happens in Blissful Hook had me giggling the entire time. And let’s not forget the OG, Oakley and Ava, you can never stop loving them.This is a novella. You must read Lucky Hit, the first book in the series to understand this one!
