these larger ones work well in areas where there are lots of tempting places for paper wasps to build homes but these need to be installed before the springtime nests are started and they aren't waterproof, I am going to try a matte poly spray to see if I can help keep the paper intact as we have rain and wind that tear these up after a couple storms.

These do work BUT.... 1) the metal ring that the ribbon ties to is not a closed ring. Even w trying to squeeze the ends together, you will still lose in the wind if the ribbon hits that opening/space just right 2) I used twist ties and then twisted those ties to nails already around roof of house (previous owners did this for Christmas lights: wouldn't recommend) and even w that, I've lost another to wind. This time even the twist tie was gone. You will need to figure out a secure way to hang from house. The fancy little ribbons that are part of the kit need to be replaced w twist ties or something else. You can't just tie these to the eaves of your house.

I think they are way too much money for what they are. But overall, they are easy to assemble. I still have wasps everywhere so I really don't know if they are working or not. There are LESS wasps than I had last summer but that could be for any number of reasons. I personally wouldn't purchase them again.

Well I got them all hung up and I think they are doing their job. I had a couple last year and I thought they work fine so I big and the little ones and put them where I have trouble. I also put one of the little ones by a front porch light where birds build nest. Not anymore they don’t
