Easy to run assemble and mount outdoor. Wish a second remote sensor (R2) came with it or that one was available to order. But I haven’t found one on Amazon which is disappointing

I've had the Raddy WF-100C Weather Station installed for a little over a year now. The installation was easy, and the features were much better than my old Acurite station. I was able to connect it to my WiFi easily, and soon had it uploading data to Weather Underground. The display is bright and attractive, and the weather information is as accurate as this type of weather station can be, and is very useful to me. I would buy Raddy WF-100C again and recommend it to others.The station has been working flawlessly the whole time until recently the UV/Sun sensor died. I got an immediate response back from support and worked with Nora to troubleshoot the problem. Soon we came to the conclusion it was broken, and now a whole new weather station is on the way to me. I understand that things break. It's how a company supports and backs up their products that gains my loyalty to them. Radioddity has shown me that they care about their customers and are willing to back up their products with great support. Even though my weather station broke, I am still happy, overall.

C'est déjà ma troisième station météo que j'ai utilisée. Les deux précédentes étaient de marques différentes et elles ont toutes deux duré environ 2 ans. J'espère sincèrement que celle-ci va avoir une durée de vie plus longue. Je l'apprécie beaucoup car l'écran affiche de nombreux détails. Cependant, j'aurais préféré que ce produit fonctionne avec une application sur mon téléphone plutôt qu'un site web. Je me débrouille bien avec la technologie, mais j'ai rencontré des problèmes pour me connecter au site web. J'ai dû consulter des vidéos sur YouTube pour m'aider. Maintenant que j'ai réussi à me connecter, je suis satisfaite du produit.

Unit works well 99% of the time. Tends to lose communication with base unit occasionally in the evening. Showed 0.5” of rain one night last week when no rain occurred. I’ve had this unit up and running for about a month now and am generallysatisfied and it generally agrees with other local weather measurements. Updated 4/7/22: The solar measurements have gone blank…..new remote batteries and remote unit cleaning & reset have not corrected this. I’m assuming something digital has failed internally. Everything else is working fine…..unfortunately out of return window. 🤨4-11-22 Update- I contacted Raddy and after considering the issues they are replacing the unit under warranty. I’m very happy with their swiftness of response and resolution 😊 4/18/22 I received the replacement unit and quickly got it up and running. Thank you Leslie of the Raddy support team. 👍 6/18/22 Update… Replacement unit failed identically to the initial unit. I informed Raddy of the failure and my concerns were forwarded to tech support…. Haven’t heard any updates on the problem yet… but am obligated to lower my satisfaction score. 7/3/22 Update: I worked with Leslie again and installed a replacement unit this morning…..everything is working fine again on the new outdoor unit. I’m holding my breath going forward however. I’m changing my rating back upwards due to the great customer service, not so much due to their design/manufacturing process. 11/17/22 Update: Everything is still working fine and have weathered two hurricanes without and problems.

Almost year old and all was working good. The UV index reading stopped working for some reason. Changed batteries in remote unit and pressed the reset button three (3) times but would not fix the issue. Contacted Radioddity Customer Service and a fast reply explained the issue to them and they concluded the unit has malfunctioned for some reason and sent a new. With some minor adjustments of sensors it's back to full function. For the price, it's been a good weather station. I live in Arizona so things that sit outside in the heat get baked so maybe that one sensor couldn't take anymore.
