Using these has encouraged me to be much more diligent about washing morning and night, the water mess from my elbows was such an annoyance!

Tiny heads only
I've never really thought I had a large head, but having purchased these spa headbands I may now have to consider it. They are soft to the touch, but outside of that I can't give a solid review. So just like another review if your head is on the large sizes these are a no go.

The wrist pieces are fantastic. Unfortunately, the piece around my head doesn't stay in place so I stopped using it.
