A very cute, whimsical wind toy with a slight problem: It doesn't work all that well in a breeze. The propeller is shipped perfectly flat, with instructions on how to bend the blades so they more easily catch the wind. Unfortunately, finding the proper angle is extremely difficult, and even then it takes a very strong wind to get the propeller moving. ...However, a wind that strong can just as easily spin the propeller the wrong direction, in which case the cat's arm will not move.We've needed to glue the locking nut -- again, the wind is strong enough to unscrew it, and glue the wings into place to keep the wind from lifting them out of their slots. Apparently the only thing the wind isn't strong enough to do is spin the toy on its pole.Still, four stars, because it's VERY CUTE! Although it works much better as a garden sculpture than a wind spinner.
