Amazing instrument for this price, it does all what you expect. Although it's little heavy as its fully made of metal but it's great.

Love this machine! Was sceptical due to the low price, but it's perfect, although much longer than I expected. It's a lot of fun to use - there are no exercise instructions, but it's easy to find plenty on Youtube if you look for 'sliding bench trainers', Total Gym, etc
