Pressures reading are not all accurate!

My wife is suppose to check her blood pressure two or three times a week per Dr. orders. She took the Meter to Dr appt with her to check it’s accuracy by comparing it with Dr mche. It was way off. Dr said it needs to be calibrated. So it no use to her now.

That it is digital. No need to use stethoscope. Least is I dnt know how to turn it off & no instruction for such.

I'm a Tech Savvy person so setting up the Bluetooth on this device was expected to be child's play. The instructions that come with the device tell you to download the app before taking your first reading. They do not explain how to put the device into pairing mode or anything else about the Bluetooth setup. I figured it had to be a pairing mode so I took the batteries out and put them back in and waited. Nothing came up on my phone. I then turned my Bluetooth off figuring maybe it was my phone. Nothing still. I downloaded the user manual online figuring maybe it had the missing information. Nope it was the same useless Manuel that came with it. I played around with the buttons figuring it had to be some kind of button combination to activate the Bluetooth. I searched around online figuring someone had to have had this problem prior to me. Only found a video by Mom2Dom who's worked in her video but did not explain the Bluetooth setup. Returning this defective product asap.

Included batteries were leaking which implies very old product. Would be one star, but the meter seems to work fine with new batteries which I supplied.
