If you want to know MCC, CC and HAC lists for your exam or profession, this book is the best choice. Each code is assigned with its respective MCC, CC, HCC or HAC symbol and it is very essential to take some types of exam. It also provide the information about CC/MCC codes only for the patient who discharged alive by writing the letter '1' on the left side of codes. The supplementary appendices also provides POA, MCC, CC, HCC and other coding lists. These informations are very useful and convenient. I don't need to memorize the lists.

The media could not be loaded.  Only thing I dislike when I am laying in bed with the book it had a loud smell and white particles from the book was always iny bed from the book

My book came sealed in plastic so i assume it was new. It did not come with the tabs which is disappointing because only the tabs that come with the book are allowed for testing.

Snap tabs are supposed to be included with this book.

I paid full price for this book and when I received it there was pages of someone's notes inside.

there is a critical list of pages missing and some are out of order.Pages 361-398 are missing completely. these are critical for the State Test.
