The arm holding the ear cups broke after about 3 months of regular use, can't fix it as the metal is snapped off where one of the pins holding the arm is located - when it works it's ok, nothing amazing. I've read on a few places that this is a common issue with this headset, I should have researched more before buying, but it's essentially been a total waste of money as I've had to replace it.

Sounds amazing and fits surprisingly well. They fit on-ear for me. They have touch controls which I was pleasantly surprised about from reading the instruction manual. Only bad thing is for Xbox I need to hook it up to my Xbox controller and use the cord as a mic instead of using the mic it comes with. But with my PC the Bluetooth works amazing. Good range, so I can be in my kitchen and the signal won't break at all. And you can turn the RGB off to help the battery last longer though the battery has never died on me.

Listen, I know Alienware doesn’t have the best reputation, especially after Dell bought them. But for some reason, they have really been changing things up and releasing great products in their line. I recently decided to try these headphones. Amazon had them on the renewed list so I was able to pick them up for a very low price. I have to be honest with you these things sound absolutely amazing. Whether I’m gaming or watching movies, the sound quality is top-notch and delivers a great Dolby Atmos experience. I definitely like the ability to switch between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for connection. Even though I wish you could use them both at the same time this is a dealbreaker for me. The battery life is insane. I can go days before having to charge this headset and I probably play for a good 5 to 10 hours a day. Bottom line is I’m buying another set for my son because these are amazing for the price.
