I broke my hip and lost 3/4” of height after surgery. The lifts are fantastic because they can be stacked as high or low as you need. They’re very comfortable and ease the pain in my hips. They are a great value for the price.

Following foot surgery I had to wear a boot cast for 4 weeks I ordered this product for my shorn. They worked perfectly.

I have achilles tendonitis that is very painful. I put one of these in my shoe and it makes walking more comfortable. They are sticky on the bottom so they adhere well to the shoe. These are much better for me than the 65 dollar pair from the doctor. They do start to flatten after repeated wear and need to be replaced when they stop helping;

Too soft!

I have dealt with uneven leg length for years. The adjustability of this heel lift is wonderful in customizing the lift to personal needs. I would love if the layers were of different thickness to make the lift even more custom but two sections together work fine for me, and leaves me with two more sections to use in a second pair of shoes. Being made of clear material is a plus as it isn't noticeable if you are wearing sandals or sling back shoes.

Easy to use

I have been looking for a lift option to wear with open back shoes. These come in sections, and I cut them down to fit the shape of the heel adhering them one layer at a time. The adhesive isn't super strong, buck sticks enough to make it work.
