A very well organized chronologically and well researched account of the fascinating life of an amazing woman and the times she shaped. Not the typical boring biography. I knew nothing about this period of our history and I learned so much from the book. I enjoyed the read. Highly recommended.

Some history books bring history to life and make it as interesting and as exciting as fiction. This is not one of those books. It recites the history in a factual way, written in primitive prose, and is aimed at young audience based on vocubluary and setance structure. Great book for someone just looking to get a broad basic knowledge of Cleopatra and her impact on the ancient world. If someone is looking for a book with in depth detail, this is not the book for them. Overall, it was worth the purchase.

This is a very interesting book. It’s about the true and surprising story of the queen of the Nile. I read the whole book. Every chapter seems very interesting for me. I enjoyed this book while reading. Well written and understandable.
